Uzum, Wildberries, Ozon and Yandex Market: how to get an API key

A key is the password that connects your shop to an outside tool. Below are the steps for all four cabinets, the permissions each one needs, and the setting sellers most often get wrong.

What an API key is, and why a tool needs one

You sign into the seller cabinet yourself. A tool cannot sign in as you — it is handed a separate key instead, and you decide what it may read and what it may change. Revoke the key in the cabinet and the tool loses access to your shop that same moment.

Never forward a key to anyone — not in a chat, not as a screenshot. It goes into the tool's key field and nowhere else.

The steps below are word for word what SavdokuBot shows on its “Connect” screen, which is why “paste it below” means the field inside the bot. The cabinet paths come from the marketplaces' official API documentation.

Uzum

Uzum Seller → My profile → API

  1. seller.uzum.uz → My profile → API keys.
  2. Create a token, copy it, and paste it below.
  3. One token works across several shops — add the “Shop ID” if you need to pin one.

Permissions: One token is enough. For multiple shops, pin it with the “Shop ID” (optional).

Wildberries

Wildberries Partners → Settings → API access

  1. Open seller.wildberries.ru → Settings → API access (Доступ к API).
  2. Click “Create new token” and give it a name.
  3. Tick the categories: Content, Marketplace, Prices & discounts, Statistics, Analytics, Promotion, Finance.
  4. Do NOT choose “Read only” — the bot needs write access to update stock and prices.
  5. Copy the token and paste it in the field below.

Permissions: The needed categories + Read & Write. The token lasts 180 days; if it expires sync stops and I tell you the moment I see it (there is no advance warning yet).

Ozon

Ozon Seller → Settings → Seller API

  1. seller.ozon.ru → Settings → Seller API section.
  2. Click “Generate key”, role Admin.
  3. Copy the Client-Id and Api-Key and paste them below.
  4. For ad reports (optional): create a separate Client-Id and Client-Secret in the Performance API.

Permissions: Client-Id + Api-Key, Admin role. Ads — a separate Performance key (optional).

Yandex Market

Yandex Market Partner → Settings → API

  1. partner.market.yandex.ru → Settings → API (API keys).
  2. Create a new API-Key and tick all the permissions you need: orders, prices, stock, reports.
  3. Copy the API-Key (48 characters) and paste it below.

Permissions: An API-Key with all the permissions you need (orders, prices, stock, reports).

The common mistake: “read only”

Tick “Read only” while creating the Wildberries token and the tool cannot change stock or prices — it can only look. From the outside that reads as “it did not connect”, when the real cause is a narrow key. Ozon has the same trap with roles: without Admin, some sections stay closed.

What happens after you hand over the key

SavdokuBot stores the key encrypted and never shows it back — not in responses, not in logs. Revoke it in the cabinet and the connection stops working immediately.

When a key stops working (an expired token, for instance) syncing halts and the bot tells you. That matters: a sync that stops silently is the most common reason stock drifts away from reality.
